My campaign to keep the ban on fox hunting

There are many challenges to animal welfare - not least from the Conservative opposition's policy to promote the repeal of the vitally important ban on hunting with dogs, including fox hunting. I, along with so many others, and with the support of large numbers of concerned High Peak residents, fought long and hard to get this ban implemented.

That's why I am starting a campaign in High Peak to defend the fox hunting ban. Below is an online petition, which I hope you will sign, and help to get more people to do so, too. If you have any neighbours, friends or relatives who live in High Peak, who you think might also support this campaign, please ask them to sign.

Click here if you would like a printable petition sheet to take to neighbours, friends or relatives, which you can then post back to me.

We the undersigned, believe that hunting with dogs is cruel. We demand that the ban on fox hunting with dogs, introduced by Labour MPs after so much effort, is not repealed. We expect all politicians to agree to this and to fight for the ban to be enforced as strongly as possible.
