These rights are there to make sure people can work with dignity and employers can be fair to all their staff. At a time when more people are working through agencies or on a temporary basis it is so important not to lose sight of your basic rights at work.

Mortgage Help

Since April 2008, 300,000 homeowners have received help and advice from the Government with paying their mortgage. Losing your home because of a temporary cash flow problem, perhaps caused by redundancy, is a terrifying prospect. Nevertheless, tens of thousands of homes have been saved by Government intervention.
